Refund Policy
At Grand Bazaar, customer satisfaction is a priority. Refunds are only applicable under the following conditions:
The product is damaged upon delivery.
The wrong product was delivered.
The item is eligible for return as per our Return Policy.
Refund Process:
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 working days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was from our side.
